The association’s application for membership, and the rules you are agreeing to by signing it. Apply online or bring a completed form to the office at Mountain View.
Membership is open to all persons interested in target shooting or archery. The application asks for your details, the classes of membership you are applying for, and your proposer and seconder — both of whom must be current members.
The form below is the association’s own, recovered as published. If you would rather not print anything, the online application on this site collects the same information and reaches the same office.
